Digitale Musikproduktion hat gerade ihr kleines Revival. Wir möchten das mit einer kleinen Workshopreihe honorieren, in der wir die Klassiker der systemnahen Audioproduktion vorstellen. Wir werden uns verschiedene Softwares wie Pure Data, Max und Supercollider oder CSound ansehen, um eine Vorstellung zu gewinnen, wie wir mit Musik als Daten umgehen können und uns natürlich die große Frage des WHY? stellen. Im Workshop Verlauf werden wir uns der Software Suite FLUCOMA annähern, die sich mit Machine Learning und Audioanalyse auseinandersetzt. Es werden keine Vorkenntnisse verlangt. Be fair! Digital music production experiences a revival. We would like to honour this with a small workshop-series, in which we present the classics of system-oriented audio production. WE will take a closer look at different softwares like Pure Data, Max, Supercollider and CSound to get an idea on how to treat music as data. During the workshop we will approach FluCoMa software suite, that deals with machine learning and audio analysis. No prior knowledge necessary. Please bring your laptop and headphones.
