In the Swiss Alpine hotel Paramontana in the year of 1996, we're meeting a bunch of people searching for meaning, pioneers and odd birds, bringing the netscape century's naive beginnings back into our minds. We're accompanying the unluckily loving full time intellectual Roland Jobst through the satirical thicket of possible conspiracies of the year 2001. And we're attending a former police photographer's search for memory through the gloomy red-light districts of the future city Rhurhein.
